To fight against your toxic thoughts you must first identify them. It is not a physical fight, but a fight of the mind. Dilemmas which needs some help by understanding.

Selfforgiveness 
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I did not took into consideration thoughts and actions which had detrimental Consequences. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that the energy of toxic detrimental things took over control of my life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I did not took into consideration. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I did not wanted to look at thoughts and actions which had detrimental Consequences.

If and when I experience the energy Caused by detrimental Consequences, then I Stop myself and Breath.

I realize see and understand that detrimental Consequences which I experience within my physical body and Beingness I need to Stop this energy by breathing, So I don't harm myself and others within my world and environment.

I commit myself that I have accepted detrimental Consequences which I experience within my physical body and Beingness, that I need to Stop this energy by breathing. 

So I commit myself that I don't harm myself and others within my world and environment and take into consideration a world which is best for all life, a world of Oneness and Equality.
