Day 625 the addicts are craving for comfort.

Scarcity Makes sure we take action. Subconsciously, we have the belief that things that are difficult to obtain, difficult to get, are better than things that are readily available. This makes us even more motivated to Faster get or buy short term stuff, instead walking proces, walking tasks what is difficult to get. 

What happens: This mechanism triggers the needs of the reptilian brain to get something. You're convinced you're short of something. You need something. This is the mechanism of craving

Craving, hunger, longing. 
Desire, lust, appetite, eagerness, anxiety. 
Passionate desire. 

Rare to obtain, urgency, not infinitely available, when you possess that knowledge of craving, you move to action less more quickly, into the choice a conclusion, a solution to not fulfill this need that is triggered. 

But first You feel uncomfortable, insecure, unhappy and wants to be comfortable. You want something to get, where your mind is passionate about, telling you that you can get the product, the beer, the porn, the seks, the attention. 

What I noticed is that because I am Aware of the both mechanisms of scarcity and craving, I compare this to my past 'on autopilot behavior' during conversations of craving, my mind resonated with something I was longing for, which I needed Right now. In a way my education told me to be. 

The comparing Takes place in between the information within your mind and your decision to do so. As soon as I realized this, I saw that not the educators are responsible now but my decision to act like an addict does when the addiction of discomfort pops-up, I have to fulfill my need for experience comfortable.

This craving of comfortability I was longing for because I was pissed or feeling uncomfortable because of hard noises and disagreements. Under this layers there was already the Foundation of experiencing myself disappointed and insecure, instead with kindness where people reacted indifferent or Cheeky and disrespectful.

The first step to take is recognition that you always chooses yourself how to act and then develop Benevolence to act respectfully. This after doing self-forgiveness, realize what you accepted and allowed, Stop and Breath and then walk Living Words what's the best for all life.

When you say Yes, then it's about investigating one's relationship with all that exists and establish a clear starting point within the consideration of what is Best for All Life within the context of Oneness and Equality. You will find that some manifestations then disappear (say animal abuse) - others like sex, you'd do differently.

Another consideration is that the dimensional beings and those who cross over still need to walk their process too - so, No - simply stopping your participation in all physical manifestations is not the answer. The stopping point is Selfforgiveness with all the things you participate in creating seperation.
