The words I use.  If I assume I am useless then I need to be aware that I insult myself, each time when I realize that points of uselessness get triggered. Get to be aware that If points of uselessness get activated then I experience the participation of the energy of insult.  For example someone told me today: 'you are a weirdo.' I think this comment belongs to the theme of insult and aggression.' What I can change is that I realize see and understand that the words I used about myself caused the energy of abuse. Integrity is the personal quality, character trait, of an individual that implies that the person concerned is honest and sincere and not corruptible. The person has intrinsic reliability, says what he does, and does what he says, has no hidden agenda or feigns emotions. How honest am I?  According to my understanding of honesty, honesty should be like an unwritten rule. That one should not be concerned because as experienced in the past honesty turned out to be hypocritical. One told you this and acted and behaved differently as what was Said.  If one act Selfhonest there will be no influence of the mind.
