Day 709 behave like disrespect

If someone is treating me with disrespect, the best thing to do is not provoke the behaviour or encourage it in any way. Simply walk away from the person and give them space to think about what they’ve done. For context please see my previous post. 

Treating others like this, like disrespect, can boost their self confidence or ego. It can make them feel a sense of accomplishment.

The question should be 'why do I assume this is disrespect if disrespect is triggered in me as me after I looked and interpret what does this person showing me?' 

What was happening after I experienced the energy of disrespect, then I decided that I walked away, out of contact, because I experienced the energy of disapproval as disrespect. 

Simply walk away from the persons! When my father walked away he gave me an example and excuse how to deal with problems. I did not experienced a reason that he was given us space to think about what he had done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself treating others like disrespect, can boost my self confidence/ ego.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself if I treat others as disrespect It can make give me a sense of accomplishment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I did not experienced a reason that he was given us space to think about what he had done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I did not was asking myself that question: 'what is the reason for what he has done'. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I did not asked myself: 'I would like to understand if there is a reason for why he did what he has done.'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that if someone is treating me with disrespect its because of my experience with disrespect. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself if I experience the energy of disrespect, the best thing to do is not provoke the behaviour or encourage it in any way. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I walked away, in moments where I experienced the energy of disrespect. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I walked away from the person gives me the experience of disrespect. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself that I blamed them what they’ve done to me when I experienced the energy of disrespect.

If instead I blame rather then ask myself, then I Stop myself and Breath. 

I realize see and understand that instead step into the energy of blame its because I realize see and understand because of my Curious Beingness, it's why that I would like to understand if there is a reason for why he/she/they did what was done.

I commit myself that I step into the energy of blame, because I ask myself questions to understand the reason of the why that I would like to understand, if there is a reason for 'the why' he/she/they did what was done.

I commit myself rather then start critize I need to Stop it first. Then I need to look at the why did I experience the energy of blame? It's better to ask myself: 'why do I experience this energy of blame. What is Causing the energy of blame within this circumstances, where I was longing for is the question.
